Great product 👌 lower back relief

I know, IT LOOKS WEIRD. But honestly, Give it a TRY. You will be glad you did. Don't start off on highest level. Start slow. Stay on the low level until you are comfortable, then move up to level 2 until you are comfortable there to, then to level 3. I have a severe lower back damage and arthritis. I have done exactly what I suggested anyone who buys one to do. It has helped me immensely. I am now where I don't have to use it every day. But its the first thing I grab if having any trouble with my lower back.

I have degenerative disc and bone disease so I have a lot of pain in my back up through my neck. This takes some getting use to but I find it helps a lot. My physical therapist recommended getting one of these and glad I listened. I was hesitant with the lack of reviews but no issues, delivered quickly, and it's a quality item.

Highly recommend to anybody who has back pain. I have 3 fractures pressed in my back and This board helps me to relieve pain. In just 3 days of using this board I have no pain in my back since . 20 min on this board (3d position) before bed time (in a bed) and next day I'm like new person. Don't waste your time and money for chiropractors or expensive equipment.

I really like this product. I have spinal stenosis L4-L5 and Sciatica R leg. I ordered this product to try it. I set it up on the beginners level and OMG the 1st night I had instant relief from my upper shoulder tension down to my lower back and next day I really felt a difference gait/posture.

I had a back ache, for quite some time, it was on one side. I kinda felt me move the wrong way and it made a slight crack. well I purchased this item in the hopes it would do what I thought it would do. and low and behold. one time for only a few minutes on the liwest setting and not that day but the very next. Back Ache Gone! I love this item and if it can lign me up that quickly I look forward to stretching my back slowly. and to be frorever pain free.

This thing actually works! I suffer from lower back pain and have found some relief with the stretch this provides. It's not comfortable to use, but worth it.

An absolutely amazing product. The stretch is amazing while lying supine and at the same time it's excellent while sitting ! I recommend it to everyone who wants to get a good stretch and also work on their posture.
