I've made a batch of peach jam and it turned out perfectly. The pectin really jelled up the jam. Amazing price for a large bag. So much more economical than buying other brands in the small boxes. Make jam in the summer months and give away to friends and family at Christmas.

Works as expected to make jelly I had no issues. measuring it out was not as easy, but it worked fine

I used it to make jelly candy….candy was perfect.

I haven't used this yet, but am excited. especially in the large quantity. I plan on canning preserves this year and am stocking up on supplies.

I did use this brand, had to buy a new one because I receive the first one with a hole in the bag as if it were cut open. it was so simple to use for the freezer jams that i made. I was able to use less sugar. the Directions were easy to follow which made the jam come out really well.
