Heavy Cream powder
Hoosier Hill Farm products are always good, in my opinion. I keep a jar to use in my baking recipes and my coffee when I'm out of half and half.

Good Homemade Natural Coffee Creamer
Read various reviews that said the heavy cream powder had a "spoiled" taste. I ordered through Walmart so I could return it if I didn't like it. I found the powder to blend well with dry low-fat milk to make my own coffee creamer. Blend dry in a small blender and keep for non-refrigerated creamer! Good flavor,just need the right ratio of dry milk to heavy cream powder: usually 3:1. Give it a try! Mix with water and let it chill overnight...blends in well with coffee

wonderful
tastes just like it's supposed to, no funky after taste like stabilized milk or cream. fresh tasting and perfect in recipes. so glad I found this line of products, I live in a very rural and stores are far away.

great product
This cream powder is great, I waits in my cupboard until I need it and I never have to worry about my coffee cream going bad. I use a frother to blend it into a cup of hot coffee.

Great for periodic small quantities of cream.
Is this as good as real top grade heavy cream? No. However, it has a real place in my kitchen because you can periodically add a small amount of cream to a sauce or whatever. It is really great to be able to add only a quarter cup of cream with out having to buy a cup or pint at the store and having it spoil before it gets used up. I use 1 Tablespoon powder to make 1/4 cup cream. That does a fine job of increasing the "richness" of a one or two serving sauce or gravy.

expires too soon
i ordered this at the end of October 2020 and it expires in August 2021..i should at least get a little over a year of shelf life for a powdered product
