Hoosier Hill Farm Hickory Smoke Powder, 8 oz Jar

This is pure smoke flavor. You will have to add sugar and spices to make it your own hickory rub. It is a lot of product so I will be able to share it with my son.

I liked this seasoning. It gives the meat a nice smoky flavor. I used it on chicken, and it turned out really tasty. I think it's a quick way to add great flavor to your meals.

At least that what it seems like is in the container. A little goes a long ways and it is so good. I mix it with other types of seasonings any time I want that "Hickory High".

Very good smoke taste. I think it is better than liquid smoke. also, a little goes a long way.

It's a nice addition to meat when you don't have a smoker and want to add a little smoke flavor. Kind of pricey but nice to have for times when I don't want to fire up the smoker.
