Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter Powder, 1 lb Jar

My cat and I love this powdered butter. I don't have electricity for a big fridge so I'm thankful for shelf stable powdered goods and Google. I usually use 4 tablespoons of the butter, mix it with 3 tablespoons of water, make my pancakes, and spread this butter onto my pancakes. I usually drown my pancakes in syrup though so I can't say much for taste. My cat usually gets whatever amount of butter is left after I've spread it over my pancakes and she seems to love it.

I like that this product has simple ingredients and nothing weird added to it. I have been looking for more products that my family actually uses regularly for long term food storage. This butter will be a great addition. I love that it is easy to rehydrate, with just water.

To be honest I've never heard of a product like this before, but when I saw it I had to try! I'm very glad I did as it is an amazing addition to almost any dish. I've been using it as a low calorie butter substitute!

This is a great shelf-stable butter option. Once mixed and chilled, it tastes just like butter. It is also very easy to mold into a butter bell.

Not very flavorful

Nothing like i expected...i put some in my biscuit mixture so they would have a buttery taste... I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to use but I put a big tablespoon in dough for six biscuits and I still didn't have a buttery taste... No I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone
