Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder, 2 lb Jar

This is great tasting powdered cheese. The only thing I disliked was that Walmart shipping did not package the product with any padding in the shipping box, so the container was unsecured and due to this inexcusable lack of proper shipping preparation the container was cracked and allowed the product to spill out. This was no fault of thw product or it's manufactured packaging. It would have arrived perfectly unharmed if Walmart shipping would address the lack of knowledge when it comes to properly shipping an item. Its a simple fix, but this continues to be an issue by those who are preparing the items to be shipped from Walmart.

Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar has an amazing g flavor! So much better than any other brand we've ever tried. We were big smart food cheddar fans but this is actually so much better! The flavor is robust and very delicious - we put it mainly on popcorn. Excellent! You won't be disappointed!

We use this powder by sprinkling it on popcorn, mixing it into mac and cheese for extra flavor, and incorporating it into breading for chicken or fish. It also enhances the taste of vegetables and soups by adding a cheesy flavor without the moisture of regular cheese.

I have used Hoosier Hill Farm cheese powder yellow and white for many years. i put it in mac n cheese to get a lil more cheesy mac. I also use this in ramen because it really jazzes it up and makes it less boring. I put this stuff on popcorn potatoe chips and shake it up in the bag soups and you can even make a cheese sauce too or eat it straight out of the can for a quick pick me up lol. But honestly i highly recommend this cheese powder for just about anything. I love it so much.

Great stuff. Great taste, not too mild, not too sharp. Good on hot buttered popcorn ( no salt needed ),mixed in macaroni and cheese or just about anything.

I like that this product has very simple ingredients. It makes me feel better about feeding it to my family. I see the expiration date is about a year and a half from when I purchased it, so I'm not sure if we'll use it all before the expiration date. I may keep it in the fridge and hope it preserves the quality a bit longer. all in all, it's easy to use and tastes good in the pasta we've used it in so far.

This Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder is great. It has a real, sharp white cheddar taste and mixes easily. It's awesome on popcorn, but you can use it on almost anything - like potatoes or veggies. The big 2 lb jar lasts a long time. If you love white cheddar, this is a really good, versatile powder to have.

This white cheddar powder tastes amazing! It tastes great on top of veggies. My kids love putting it on top of popcorn. My whole family would definitely recommend!

This cheese product is decent and convenient. The flavor was too buttery for me. The instructions say how much melted butter, milk, and cheese powder to mix together. Next time I might use less butter or add another cheese to it. Even though it wasn't my favorite, my four year old liked it when we used it for Mac and cheese.
