Battery Explodes!
The battery exploded after about 10 cycles! The battery was attached to the vacuum, cool and unused when it exploded!

Save your money!
Bought at the beginning of April and now defective at the end of June. I have had nothing but issues with this vacuum's batteries and chargers since I bought it in 2019. GET A DYSON!

Useless
This battery lasts maybe 10 minutes. I've had it for less than two months and now it's giving me a "defective" error. Hoover customer support is horrible. I wouldn't buy anything from this company.
