I think the legs could’ve spread forward a bit more and handles added on the side of them. My 2 yo grandson is in the process of being potty trained but when he climbs up it is difficult for him to turn frontwards and sit on it. I believe it is due yo the lack of more space on it yo feel confident enough to let go one handle and turn forward after climbing up there. AH
Make sure set steady on floor and toilet but otherwise love it. Grandson took to it first thing. Had issue learning to go %232 but didn't hesitate with this would highly recommend
This potty for toddlers is so cute!! The design is super cute and fits perfectly over the toilet ! The only issue I had was there was a good amount of short hairs all over on the parts of the toilet, and it grossed me out. I rinsed in with hot water and soap. I put it together easily alone. Some screws have to be specific since its in the folding crevice but really it was easy. It does fold up and stand against the wall or just on the floor. Its a good material to clean very easily and not porous. My 2 yr old likes to climb it while Its opened to sit down, and he sits on the steps when its folded up too. Im watching him the entire time and it hasnt tipped or fell over.
It’s a nice potty but needs more supports to keep it in place. If child is not careful, the whole thing is wiggly when getting seated. After seated, it is nice. A few rubber supports would make it a 5 star potty.
It's too short for our standard toilet. "Fits most toilets" needs to be modified in packaging, stating the height of the product so consumers can measure correctly. The stairs are too vertical, and need to be oblique for a toddler to use. Because it's too short for our standard toilet, it slides back and forth, making my toddler afraid to get hurt. Rather than selling more under an umbrella "fits most" Hopscotch should be like a hardware company and realize people want to measure first make sure it will fit, for the safety of the tiny people who use it.
It’s a bit too small, which makes it wobbly when my son climbs on it. Now I’m wondering if I should’ve just spent a little more money on a better one. Don’t be like me, don’t try to save a few bucks and end up with the wrong thing. I think it’s important to have good study toilet cover when it comes to potty training. It’s hard enough on them.
Item is not very sturdy. I probably would not recommend and at some point will buy a different one. The fold up also is not very helpful because it doesn't fold up very small.
This is cute but it’s too short for out toilet. The small step is just hanging off the floor making it so dangerous. I wish it is adjustable for the price. Just frustrating since Walmart is 30 minutes away from us it’s tiring to drive back to return it.
This potty ladder seat is extremely shaky and unstable. The ladder steps are very small and narrow—even for toddler feet—which makes climbing uncomfortable and unsafe. When my child tries to use the handles to climb up, the entire seat starts to tilt forward. I have to hold it firmly the whole time just to make sure my toddler can get on and off safely. Overall, it feels poorly designed and potentially dangerous for independent use.
Very flimsy, we followed building instructions . Granddaughter is afraid because it moves, she has one that works really well at her home. Different brand
