Note: I apologize for any grammar or spelling error; it's because I am not English speaker. I just decide to share this with other people because someone may facing the same frustration as I do due my children constipation. I have two children 2 and 4, I have always buy them this product, and once, I just change my mind to buy them just non organic milk to save some money. As soon as I change their milk for about 4 weeks, dramatically, my children became so constipated. Specially, my older one couldn't go to toilet for about 4 days constantly, and started to cry when she try to push. At first, I couldn't find what was going on to them. Finally, I figured it out and came back to this organic product. This is actually a miracle to me because they started went to toilet once a day without any complain as they were doing previously. Thank God! I am so happy because I feel like I get a cure for constipation for the rest of my children life. Note: I tried to read the nutrition facts between the organic and the non organic milk, and I find out one difference only. The organic one has 400mg (11%) potassium, and the non organic one doesn't contain any potassium. I really want to understand if anyone can explain about why my children get constipated in non organic milk, and they get better with this organic product.
this is the best milk i've ever had. full stop. when i drink it i am transported to milk heaven. a nice cold glass of horizon organic 2% milk, is an out of body experience. often i find milk that contains omega 3 have a strange aftertaste, but not this milk. creamy and rich, yet it doesn't stick in your throat. perfect. never change, horizon 2% milk, never change.
I am not a milk person and have always had a hard time drinking a glass of milk but I absolutely love the 2% . It seems like whole milk, to me most 2%milks seem watered down but not horizon. I love this product and it's easy for me to drink a glass of this milk. So glad my friend told me about it! Yummo!
I love that there's an organic 2% milk with extra Vitamin D. Please offer this product in the gallon size! We'd love to keep purchasing this milk for our entire family, however only offering it in the half gallon size isn't budget friendly. (Therefore, we're purchasing the half gallon size for our 4 year old daughter only.) Thanks
I love this milk so much I'm writing a review of it. I'm on my milk's website. I drink almost a half gallon a day, and with morning coffee. The carton makes it taste great and if I go out of town for two weeks it's always still fresh . That's crazy. Everyone I've turned on to this milk are now big fans.
We use Horizon milk in a lot of stuff, the biggest hit chocolate milk! its rich and healthier then other brands.
I use this milk daily in cereal, in my milk frothed for my coffee, and in my recipes. I love this product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Have used this for years. We are not big milk drinkers so started buying it because it lasts longer. Love the taste and our Grandchildren remark that our milk tastes better than theirs. Have not had a problem until recently, the last two cartons have ruined a bowl of cereal because they went bad. This morning the Best by date was Aug 27 and today is Aug 20. I realize that it has been about 10 days since we first opened the carton but have not had this issue in the past. Yes it was in the refrigerator. and we will continue to use and recommend it but not sure why it all of a sudden seems to go bad about the same time as regular milk. I never had a issue with a milk gallon closing all the way after opening a new one and cap was stuck on and I had to force it open and now it won't close all the way or screw on properly now and only screws a little and that's it just enough to hold the milk it and I don't feel safe with milk cap that's barely one there only a ton of milk and hate to have milk all over the fridge just because of y'all 1 gallon jugs that have issues with the caps.
I routinely drink 2% milk. I have purchased many half gallons of Horizon Organic. The last half gallon has "32 mg DHA Omega-3 per serving." Yesterday, I purchased 2% High Vitamin D. It tastes very different from the DHA Omega-3, in a not so good way. Is it the High Vitamin D. It does not smell spoiled, but it tastes very different.
