I read labels and buy foods according to their LACK of toxic ingredients. This 1/2 and 1/2 is pure, tastes great and I feel comfortable knowing that it is organic. The price is higher but I would rather invest in clean foods than risk the toxicity of carrageen and other chemicals.

Perfect for coffee, sauces, or homemade yogurt recipes. This Horizon Organic Half and Half is rich and smooth, making it great for coffee, sauces, and baking. I also use it for making L. Reuteri yogurt following Dr. Davis’ recipe. While it works, I’ve found that ALDI’s organic half and half performs a bit better for that specific purpose. Still, this is a fantastic product overall — clean ingredients, fresh taste, and reliable quality every time. Helpful Insight: If you plan to use this for yogurt making, shake the carton well before heating — it helps maintain consistency and prevents curdling during fermentation.

Preferred brand but it is too expensive. Better than plain milk in coffee, makes it decadent and silky smooth. I also use it for microwave ganache. Microwave 1/2 bag chocolate chips, 2-3 tbs half and half, 2-3 tbs butter for 30 seconds and stir for up to 1 minute until smooth like pudding. Can be used as hot fudge or a cake or cookie topping.

I am giving up on seed oils for better health. This has zero seed oil in it. The taste was not as sweet as the old creamer I used, and it did not take long to get used to this taste. This stuff takes the bite from the coffee. Makes my coffee a smooth drink now. I am in ketogenics when I hit my coffee, and the fat in this is fine. I am burning fat anyways. It does slow down my fat burning, but I stay in autophagy.

This half and half tastes so creamy. I use it in my coffee and in sauces over pan seared Salmon. If I don't have whipped cream for a dessert I add this with some Splenda and use it with frozen fruit which turns it into a soft serve ice cream. One of my favorites to have this with is Kahlua. My favorite cream to add into my coffee, to make my Alfredo with and I always add it into my creamy soups like potato, broccoli cheese or mushroom and is awesome in creamy desserts. Horizon's is the only half n half that doesn't give us the stomach ache or other symptoms like almost every other dairy does. We swear by all their products now.

Creamy, silky and delicious. My personal primary use for this is as a fine coffee creamer for my morning Vitamin "C" - Coffee, that is. Coffee is good for the soul. Horizon enhances it. I ALWAYS love cup with delicious splash of Organic Half N Half. (Always drink in moderation). I am more a half-caf or decaf man these days, but the creamer remains. I gave up on the No Value (%26 similar) brands that seem have all the "creamy consistency" of 2% Milk or tap water. Do you want a Cup 'O' Joe? or a cup of Schmo? You decide. Some make claims about Dairy being bad, but heavens to Betsy I am having me a splash of Half N Half in my Java-Dabba-Do! They'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands like Jeremiah Johnson had to with ole Hatchet Jack's Hawken rifle. Don't shoot the messenger, I just call it as I see it. If you have a recipe calling for milk - use cream instead. Mixes for baking, making scrambled eggs, omelets, Pancakes, soufflés...(as if I'd know that but you get the idea). Whatever you make will be fluffier, tastier, creamier - trust the one who knows nothing about soufflés, I say. Organic because I avoid dairy products that were fed GMO corn/feed because that is what one will end up drinking or eating. This is the only organic option for half and half which is tragic. Please carry Kaluna or Organic valley half and half and grass fed would be nice too.

Why can’t Walmart have a stocked store so that every item is available in a delivery order. If an item is shown that it is available in the stores it should be there. I shouldn’t have to order from two stores for a smallish order. When that happens, I am expected to tip twice because of the error your website. By the way, the second store didn’t have everything either. Big fail. If you feel that the driver needs a tip, that is on your end. I pay for this service. I ma currently experiencing tipping fatigue.

Like you're putting water in your coffee.. Extremely expensive cost.for no flavor and barely colors your coffee. Why can't walmart carry something good like "organic valley 1/2 and 1/2."
