That is what I was looking for! It's sooooo good. It gives you the closest you're going to get to a real place to buy it. The no cures and smokes and whatever, that's what you crave when you get to that last lil bit and taste it.. ahhhhhh.... Those deep smokes ruin a good product and this is just awesome. LOVE IT!

If bacon wasn't a Class 1 carcinogen, I would eat it endlessly and until the end of time. Specifically, I would eat Hormel Natural Choice Original Uncured Bacon endlessly and until the end of time, since its perfect slices each contain zero artificial additives or preservatives. So while, admittedly, I have to moderate myself, Hormel Natural Choice lets me be able to do so just a little less, and for that, I'm grateful… endlessly and until the end of time.

Wondering what real bacon tastes like? This is it, could not believe how poorly bacon tasted until I researched and found that uncured is the original bacon before all the processing started occurring. This is excellent, healthier and satisfying. Highly recommend

Best bacon I have ever tasted. I place 6 strips on a foil covered toaster oven tray and bake for 15 mins. at 40OF and it is fantastic. No frying necessary. You can use the fat in a small pan ((I pour it off the tray after putting bacon on paper towel) to fry an egg if you want.

This is my favorite bacon to get from the grocery store. I like that it's uncured, which means there is no synthetic nitrate. I've seen this bacon for sale for more than half the price here at Walmart. I recommend giving this bacon a try if you're trying to watch out for synthetic preservatives.

My daughter introduced me to this product and I just love it. The meat/fat ratio is always pretty good so very little trimming has been necessary. I love that it is uncured as we don't need all the nitrates. My only complaint is that is not a full pound for the price.

in my opinion this is the best all around bacon i've found available in this area. it meets my need for uncured, no nitrates, no msg , cooks up beautifully, lean , drains well. but with enough fat to make a littl gravy if you want to. have not found any better!!

I buy this because it has no nitrates and is a more natural choice as a result. It's like any bacon, sometimes you get meat and sometimes you get fat. Sometimes it is tender and sometimes it is tough. You get what you get. The flavor is very good, very smoky. I love the aroma.

The consistency of thickness of the slices is very poor. some are far thinner than others through the pack. This means bacon cooked for the same yime at the same heat is everything from undercooked to carbon. Basically, it makes it hard to cook properly.

I don't know what to say about this product. I kept it frozen until ready to cook. I was able to get it crispy, but it has a strange color, kind of yellowish. It doesn't taste as much like bacon except for the salt and the smell of the cooked bacon was really bad.
