Taste, quality and uncured simply mean no nitrates or nitetrites which are chemicals used in the manufacture process. They "are artificial" and bad for us. Only concern is because no preservatives they spoil after a week to 10 days. Cooks and taste are same as processed. You can also get uncured hot dogs and deli meat.

I will buy again.
I love this bacon. The flavor is superior. I t cooks up nice and crispy, shrinkage is average. The best part is no nitrates or nitrites. The only thing I can complain about is that the slices are not uniform thickness.

Re commend for you
I like the way it tastes. It crisps up nicely in a pan. It is on the thin side and it does shrink a lot. I usually buy this one over the others because I feel it's slightly better for you.

Some of the best bacon you can get. Walmart didn't carry the bacon I usually get and ended up getting this. I've had it a couple times and it's been really good quality bacon. Little fat and cooks nice

I love this bacon and how it cooks in the microwave. comes out flat and crispy and not a ton of fat. tastes delicious

Hormel Natural Choice Original Uncured Bacon
I ordered two packages of Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon. It was delivered on 8/20/24. One package expired May 31,2024 and the other package expired June 18, 2024, HELLO These bacons are three months expired. I have been having bad experiences with Walmart lately and I am now going to cancel my free delivery subscription with Walmart and buy somewhere else,
