I really like this smart lock. They have all the features you want and more. The best feature is the fingerprint feature, which is very reliable and the response time is super fast. I also like its auto lock feature because I always forget to lock my door or leaving keys in door overnight! Other than that, the design is also very nice and this lock also easy to install. The only thing is my door space wasnt wide enough to mark drill hole perfectly, but it works great.

Really like the two big handles on each side, very convenient and much better than the transitional knob. Key card is another thing that I like, I put it in my wallet and use it to open the door. Put it in my garage to my basement, perfect in every aspect.   At the same time,I liked that I was able to set to expire at a certain date/time.   Love it.

I have been using this smart lock for 2-wks and I completely love it! Install and setup was very easy. Only issue I had was with the app setup, (it wasn't allowing me t get the passcode but after trying on a different phone I was able to complete the setup on my phone) Setting up admins and additional users was very easy with biometrics, passcode and key fob . The first day my 2-yr locked us out trying to unlock the door (with her finger print that wasn't coded :-) - but it was easily correct with the app.

I received my Smonet Smart Lock and wow we were impressed, very nice and well made.Well my husband thought the installation would be complicated but after reading the instructions our new Smart Lock was installed in less than 25 minutes. I am still amazed at everything this lock can do! You have accessibility to unlock your door manually with a key, by putting in an access code on the touchs. Honestly,it works well,It is so convenient,the fingerprint unlocking is quick,and you can use 5 other different way to unlock/lock the door,printfinger,Key,Password,Ic card,ttlock app. Amazing product. Makes me feel safe.

I love the finger print feature. This lock makes you feel like you are in the future! I love the way the numbers light up and the whir of the lock as you press a button to lock it up. Nothing beats the convenience of a passcode lock. I received it very fast and in perfect condition, no complaints.

I'm a sucker for technology that I still have some control over and let me tell ya; this Smart Lock is perfect. With new homes comes new doorknobs and locks, except that extra security took too many keys, and I did not want to risk locking myself out of my room. So, after searching online, I came across this lock with keyless entry. It also offered so many more entry options such as extra keys, passcodes, the thumbprint reader, etc. I haven't picked up a key to let myself in my room yet. The quick and dirty: -The lock is on my bedroom door. -Installation may require some carving and drilling to get that perfect fit, but the payoff is so worth it. - Instructions are almost spot, on so read carefully and try not to skip any parts; if you get lost, I promise you will find your way through it. -The handle switches either way. -Once the door is unlocked, it re-engages itself within a few short seconds, so if you are looking to rush and lock the door, there's no need for twisting and turning (it does it on its own). - Your phone will become your new best friend (AS IF IT ALREADY ISN'T)! -Use the downloadable app to set passcodes fingerprints (use the lock to add fingerprints). -I haven't needed to use the included keys yet; however, I did try the ic card to ensure they worked (they did). - I mainly use the thumb reader to open the door and occasionally use passcodes. Read further for a true story... I was a few hours away from home, and my teenager was at home watching our guinea pig. Well, guinea pig missed mommy so much that he decided to slip underneath my door (MY DOOR WAS LOCKED AND LOW TO THE GROUND)! My teenager called me in a frantic. I took to the app, tried to open it directly (that won't work without a gateway), required for longer distances. However, I did have the ability to add and delete codes, so that's what I did. I created a temp code; they input the code and rescued guinea. I then deleted it after they secured my door. Don't need them jumping in my bed while I was away. Most people want to know if an item is worth buying, certainly. My only con is that sometimes, the fingerprint reader won't detect my thumbprint if it isn't positioned right, but this is no different from face id not reading your face right the first time. Plus, there are many other options for entering when the lock is engaged. So, buy the lock; I'm going to buy at least two more. Oh...did I mention it talks? Haha

just installed it today and i love it. but in less than a day it broked. Kinda dissapointed.

Pros-remote lock and unlock is amazing. the thumb print and pin code is quirky and if it messes up too many times it locks out, obserd. you will then have to use a Key. I wish it had a manual unlock mode but it doesn't. you have to set it to unlock in the app.

The customer support is not at all Good, This look is not suitable to my door and after 10 days they responded and asking me pay return charges or they will return only 20% , This is not what i expected from Walmart.
