I am so pleased with my new digital door lock. It gives me a sense of modern times mixed with the peace of mind knowing my home is solidly secure. It was was easy to install this smart lock. I used the enclosed instructions, but barely needed them. I had it in place within just a few minutes. The longest part was setting up and connecting the accompanying cell phone app, but even that was relatively easy. it's simple to use. When I leave I hold the hashtag button and the door bolts behind me. When I want to come in I type in my code and then the hash tag button and the door will immediately unlock. Another cool feature is that you can unlock it with your phone. I find that to be quite helpful if I am approaching the door with arms full of groceries. I even set it up through the cell phone app to automatically lock if it realizes it has remained unlocked for three minutes. This gives me peace of mind knowing I will not have the door opened by an intruder.all in all, I'm so very pleased to on this.

I was looking for keypad lock that I could operate while away, and easily program with multiple temporary and permanent passcodes. This product was perfect-not only does it look great with excellent build quality, the companion app allows me to monitor and adjust all the settings. After I installed this lick, I created a passcode that I gave a floor refinishing company, and they were able to access the house while I was away, and I could delete the code once the work was completed. Also, using the app it logged every time the lock was opened and closed, which code was used for access and what time it was used. Combined with the front door camera I already had, this is the perfect security combination. After setting up the Gateway, I was able to unlock the door from 250 miles away to allow a family member access, then lock it after they left-great peace of mind! I am also considering using this lock on my several rental properties. From the app, I can control all my locks from home and create, change, and delete access codes for guests. It's also great to be able to set the duration their code will work to match the duration of their stay.

I've gone through many digital locks that don't really live up to the hype. Let me tell you that this lock definitely lives up to the hype! The installation was easy. I just needed to drill the additional hole for the lock. The good news is that there is a drill bit and screwdriver included in the box. All you need is a drill for the additional hole. There's even a template included to show you where to drill the hole. The lock works great with or without internet integration. Without internet you must stand near the lock to change settings, add codes, generate eKeys, etc. It worked flawlessly without internet integration. I used the lock for a week before I setup the internet integration. The internet integration, must have the gateway, gives you the ability to configure the lock, codes, eKeys, etc. remotely. It all worked flawlessly and as advertised. There are integration with card encoders, Hotel PMS, Alexa, Google Home and a few other online services. Overall a great lock for the money. No monthly service fees is a GREAT plus! P.S. I bought the lock assembly with the gateway on sale for the same cost as just the lock. Buy the lock/gateway combo. You'll defintely be glad you did!

Recently had a break-in on my truck. Along with CCTV cameras for the house, I installed this Bluetooth lock app called Ttlock from Hornbill. The installation was very easy, and the instructions straight forward. The lock is built very solid, with a good fitting weather seal to keep out drafts. I paired it with a wi-fi gateway (sold separately) so I can unlock it remotely from anywhere. I have tried this feature once and it worked. More testing will be done to be sure no glitches. I can unlock with a pin code, keys that come with the lock, or with the app by Hornbill on my smartphone. It also works with Alexa, Very satisfied with this purchase. The customer sevice support was very efficient and did a follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. I like that

I ordered this to replace an old standard keyed front door deadbolt. It was easy to install and fit the door perfectly with no additional drilling necessary. I've been using it about a month now and I love it! I like that you can make different codes for friends and family, and have it automatically lock behind you.   The customer service is very attentive and had reached me out to know if the product is working as expected and offer further help.   I am very happy with the quality of the product as well.

Very glad to have this electronic lock.I live in an Apartment and I often get unlock outside. With this locker I don't need to worry about forgetting my key. It was super easy to install, took me 20 minutes- I’m not a handy person. The app interface is friendly and comes with a bunch of options like temporary password / permanent / one time access, etc. Also it automatic locks after X seconds! It makes my life so much easier! The customer service is very attentive and had reached me out to know if the product is working as expected and offer further help. I 'm so happy with the quality of the product as well and I'm going to buy it for my new house！

This very smart and very handsome looking door lock works really well with a good price.We've had our smart lock for 1 weeks now, and love them! Using the keypad works perfectly fine, and I like that they light up at night so you can actually see what your entering when it's dark out.that are more popular but this does it all and more for less money. I've had an off brand lock before, and it was terrible quality, still worked but felt so cheap considering it was a front door lock. This smart lock deadbolt is made of high quality materials and feels so smooth whether you turn the lock yourself or press the lock button. I've mentioned it to several family members who were looking at smart locks. We love the ease of use and easy configuration. Great product for the price. I highly recommend this smart lock!!!

Very easy to install, and it looks great on the door too. I like having the ability to give and cancel guest access codes.

I ordered then later canceled my order. the order still shipped and i was charged. i reached out to the seller to they provided me good customer service to help me with my return. I reached out and they provided me the return address to ship it back to. i had to pay to ship it back. i provided the return tracking to the seller so they were aware. Once they recieved the package back, i recieved a notification of a full refund. The seller was very helpful during the whole process. Overall, it is a nice lock set which i have, and did not need the 2nd i returned.

This Lock is amazing! Very easy to install and setup on your phone. Locks and unlocks from your phone or with a key or use the digital keypad. Great customer service made a great shopping experience for us. Highly recommended and will buy again if needed or their other great products. Very affordable and modern looking. I’m so happy with my purchase.
