Received a wonderful healthy root the paper towel was dry but the root had buds that needed rehydrating so I soaked the root then planted and about 3 days later have shots sprouting out of the soil. Will reorder again.

I got this in the hopes I could grow it and make my own fresh horse radish. So far it s very exciting as it's peaking it new growth out, I'm very excited.

It was very fragrant and so much that I used some in fire cider and am going to grow in in the spring.

You can tell it was picked fresh! It came uncleaned and wraped in a paper towel in a Ziploc sandwich bag. It looks good, haven't gotten to try it yet.

This product is very fresh and worth the money you can use some of it and keep the rest wrapped in paper towel in ziplock fridge for continued freshness when ready to use just wash and peel

I had hoped I would get more small roots rather than a huge one (but I was warned in advance). It works for it's purpose in first cider, but I'm not sure the rest of it will grow in my garden.

i ordered 2 of the 4 ounce horseradish roots. only one came. I figured maybe they had sent an eight ounce chunk instead of multiple small ones or two 4 ounce roots.But the one that I received only weighs 4 ounces.

This item was not only late, but when it arrived it was packaged in a ziploc wrapped in paper towels and was molded.

Avoid this seller. The product was old!!. Appeared to have been a storage bin for a year. I have used fresh horseradish, this item was soft and even after cleaning still smelled like dirt. Started to mold after 1 week even with proper storage.
