[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I was hesitant about trying this product, I'm a PCOS girl, bride to be and very anxious, so I was worried about side effects because I've never tried ashwagandha or mushrooms supplements; I was very impressed because it really help me with my zen (maybe mentally but work), I lost around 4 lbs o weight and I've been feeling good. I cannot tell all is because of the pills but adding it up with some changes I've been dealing with this was an excellent supplement. Is one of those stuffs that I'm really thinking of rebuying it.

I would love to see it in a liquid form though as I have a hard time swelling Capsules but overall great product.

The packaging is great. The serving size is 2 capsules which are average size and easy to swallow. They don't have a taste. The effects are subtle but in a good way. I would like to note, it took several trials of this to really get a true feel, as it made me feel “off”. I have not had Lions Mane before, so I believe my body is a little more sensitive to that ingredient.
