i have been taking thesr supplement for over a year, and it 100% helps with brain fog. i had got to a point where i couldn't complete a sentence . My words were scrambled, couldnt think clearly. i stopped taking for maybe a month and symptoms cane back. i dont go a day without taking these.

I started taking the Host Defense Mushrooms, My Community, approximately 3 weeks ago and I can truly feel the benefits with a clear more present state of mind and lower blood pressure. I highly recommend.

Easy to take, seems like a good value, not sure if its doing anything, but I like the idea of it hopefully doing something positive.

If you want mushrooms - buy this
Not sure if it works, but science says it does,. I take these pills daily. I have no stomach problems. This is probably the best mushroom mix to get.
