Host Defense Stamets 7 - 60 Capsules (30 Servings)

I purchased this item after watching a series on Netflix. It will take a while before you see the results but the product works. Thank you Walmart for having it cheaper than any other place.

There are hundreds of mushroom brands. It took me a while to research and identitfy this as one of best qualty . I find this seem to support imunity as claimed. In fact I recommended its usage to my friends

Excellent supplement. Help my immune system fight Saharan dust and mold spores.

I saw a TED talk presented by Paul Stamets. I was so amazed by the power of mushrooms, absolutely nature's pharmacy. I've been very happy with his products.

It had a lot of beneficial mushrooms. It was my first order, will wait to see benefits

Recommended by my dietitian. This mushroom. Capsule is an important part of my nutritional plan.

It is obvious the days that I forget to take my STAMETS7. They truly brighten one's brain.

mushrooms are Gods antibiotic. ant cancerous as well. great product.

Shipping is a bit slow... The product itself is great, but on the pricier side of things! Would like a larger package option. The paper box comes damaged each time I order also.

I had a severe episode of vertigo, which had never happened to me. Granted, it might not have been a side effect of the Stamets7. I'd just been on it for 7 days. I wasn't worth the risk. The vertigo resolved within 3 days of discontinuing the mushroom supplement. It lessened dramatically by day 1, then was gone by day 3. I'm reluctant to try it again. One thing that I wondered was if it could have been a quality control issue.
