Like the product. It's a very fine powder, and was exactly what I expected to receive. Host Defense generally has quality products.

This was recommended by my physical therapist's assistant who likes how it makes him feel so I bought some. He said it makes him feel more alert and focused. I have not used it for very long yet, but it seems to be OK. It needs to be mixed with something, but is not so good with a liquid as it clumps and settles out. I am going to try it with some applesauce as that is thicker. My primary care says it is OK to use so I am anxious to see how it is over more time.
