Works just fine
These sheets work great for when you need to use them in a pinch or for a "this will have to do" situation. I would not recommend for everyday "luxory" usage but the bulk pack is convenient. The different sizes have a thread along the seem to distinguish between sizes. Watch the Wirecutter video on how to fold sheets if you haven't - you'll get good at it real fast.

For massage therapists
For massage therapists, you'll want to take these in by about 4 inches. They work, but do have a lot of excess fabric (which you might expect as they're for hotel beds also).
