Nice and fresh.
I have not had a ding dong in a long time because they haven't been very good. I saw these and picked up a pack. I could not believe how great they tasted. They had a lot of cream and the cake seemed different, very fresh. I was pleasantly surprised at the change, and then I got this review request. Who gets a review request for ding dogs? They must have improved them. They were great!

Not like they used to be
These will do if i have nothing else for my sweet fix, but they are waaaay smaller and dont taste anything like they used to. Its very disappointing really.

Where are the Suzi Q's!!
I was hoping to buy Suzi Q's. None on the shelves (none on the shelves for weeks!!) But instead I bought these. Thumbs down!! Bring back my Suzi Q's!!

something must have happened to these because I've had Hostess Ding Dongs before and never had them taste so bad . I believe something got spilled on the package. They had a strange chemical smell %26 taste. One bite %26 had to spit it out and throw the rest in the trash, just awful. I check the date and they were not expired yet

Ding Dongs 9 months passed expiration eaten
I would not recommend buying this product from the Walmart 2220 State 27 Edison NJ store. I ordered some items and a pack of Ding Dongs. I ate one before realizing that the Ding Dongs had a expiration date of January 21,2025. That's right 9 Months Passed expiration date!!!!!! I called the call center and was told I would get a refund of $1.63 and a $5 dollar credit if I spend $10. I asked for the store manager to call me. I did not get a call. I am 70 years old and could have ended up in the hospital.

the item was beyond it's best by date. wss dated 9/14/2025. it was stale and falling apart. completely inedible. whoever is responsible for keeping the fresh products on the shelf needs to watch this.
