Same delicious taste back in the day
Got these for my kids and I hadn't eaten one in years but I gave in and grabbed one from the box and it's the same delicious taste from my childhood. The white creamy filling and yummy chocolate cake and oh the icing. Nostalgic memories came flooding back of eating these after school and on weekends. You're never too old for Hostess cup cakes

When i receive this box of cupcakes, it was damaged. The cupcakes were smashed. It was ridiculous. The box was open. Was not sure how to send this back since it was so damaged. I am in the process of waiting for a box of Twinkies. That's been on backorder for two weeks now that's supposed to come in at 8:00 PM this evening. And I'm praying and hoping that it does not appear in the same appearance as the cupcakes.

Not good
the box was smashed and the cupcakes were slightly dried out. the frosting was cracked and coming off, slight stale taste.

Box was delivered opened
The box was delivered by a driver heavily damaged/opened. So I must take it back to the store to see if they can help me. So annoyed.

Selling expired food!!
I bought these through an online order. Apparently the walmart staff doesn't check expiration dates on products when they shop for orders. After I got these home I saw the date on them was August. They shouldn't have still been on the shelf at all.

WORST CUPCAKES EVER!
These Hostess Cupcakes have to be the most blan, dry, and cardboard tasting cupcakes I have ever ate. This is a rare time that I tried them again, and just like I remember, disgusting. Walmart did carry a box of 13 cupcakes individually wrapped that tasted just like I remember a Hostess Cupcake used to taste like. Now you can't find them. They were not made by Hostess, and I can't remember who makes them. I sure wish you would have them in stock again. They were the BEST!
