[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get over how delicious these pies are! We DEVOURED the entire box. It took me straight back to my childhood, at my grandmothers house. They're a good price, a great taste, and an awesome memory!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Hostess Apple fruit pie minis were the perfect camping snack! They were a great sweet treat for breakfast and after activities. They were amazing to share with everyone and were small enough to fit in a pocket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like the idea of having a sweet treat without going overboard, the Hostess Snack‑Size Apple Fruit Pie is a solid pick. At 100 calories for about 28 grams, it gives you a way to enjoy dessert‑like flavor in a small package. It's especially good for those craving nostalgia, portion control, or a little sugar fix without guilt. However, if you are used to larger pies or bigger sweets, you might find this mini version too small or not quite satisfying. Also, expect a good amount of sweetness — the apple flavor is strong, but it might lean more sugary than “fresh apple” for some.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture of this product is nice smooth not too weird. Nice flavor much better than other apple pies. I've had very fresh not too many calories in each one. The package design is nice to use and simple comes with a lot. It's very nice and flavorful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hostess mini apple fruit pies are delicious regardless if you are carving something sweet, looking for a 100 calorie snack or something quick while on the go. Their size is perfect for you to quickly eat while in a hurry. They are individually wrapped so you can quickly throw in your purse or car and have with you at any time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly expecting a lot more and was super excited to try the apple pie…. It was very underwhelming. It tastes salty to me. I wonder if it would taste better warmed. I enjoy the recyclable paper packaging, but the pastry itself was much smaller than expected. The filling tastes good, but the texture was gummy. Almost like rubber. It's an okay snack, but unfortunately not my first choice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] @influenster #complimentary @hostess_snacks #giftedbyhostess #hostesssnacks These are mini and good but they are harder to eat than I'd like them to be. Not that they are actually hard to eat but they are hard when you bite them. These aren't soft. They fall apart. The box lasted maybe a day or two in my house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Hostess Snack Size Fruit Pies in Apple flavor, and what I really liked is that they're only 100 calories, which makes them a nice option for a quick snack. The texture is good, but personally, I found them a little too sweet. I feel like they could use just a touch of tartness to balance out the flavor. Still, they're convenient and satisfying when you want something small and sweet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love fruit pies and was very excited to get mini ones, because who doesn't love things in mini, right?! They're pretty good, but the filling tends to glob together and pulls out the entire filling with the first bite, leaving the second bite without filling. And the glazed coating tastes kinda chemically. I don't know why, but tastes much different.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember buying the full size fruit pies a long time ago. Little kid me felt some nostalgia eating these. But, grown up me thinks they're too small and too sweet. It is nice though that they're only 100 calories each.
