They are delicious but on the small side. Both flavors are delicious. They are so good and nostalgic to me growing up with Hostess cakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these meltamors! When cold they taste like a pretty standard hostess snack cake. They remind me a bit of the cupcakes. It only takes about 20 seconds in the microwave for them to be 10 times better! When warmed they taste like a lava cake that could be a lot higher quality than hostess. The chocolate is molten and delicious! The sample size was very generous!

It tasted so good, especially if you pop it in the microwave for a few seconds as suggested on the packaging. The chocolate was so delicious but can be overwhelming if you don't really love chocolate. Overall I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were pretty good to me. I'm not a big fan of caramel but these were good when warmed. They were extremely soft and chocolaty. They are a bit small for my liking but overall a good little snack.

They're ok, I guess. However, the box I received had 2 problems. I ordered/received on Feb 26, the best by date was Feb 21. I know those date have nothing to do with safety. I planned to eat in few days anyway. Biggest issue was Hostess 's fault. The last 2 cakes had open packages. 1 had split along seam, the other had part of a second cake that got cut during the sealing process so not sealed. It's highly likely someone out there got the same problem %26 other half of this cake. The whole cake was surprisingly soft, like previously eaten cakes. The 1 with ripped seam was had, probably could use as a hammer. I didn't chance eating either, any of these cakes. Hostess needs some quality control, inspect whether products are sealed properly.

But I hate to say they are not, they are not even a little good. I did exactly as the instructions said but they just are not good, I would not recommend at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to live in Seattle downwind from the Hostess Bakery and could smell the chocolate in the air. I was shocked how these were so small. They smelled like that Hostess chocolate smell but they were covered in a lot of frosting. It wasn't pleasant to taste to me but I'm sure kiddos would like.

These snacks are a joke. i thought i was being pranked when i pulled one of those out of the box. they should have the word "mini" or "tiny" on the box because they're smaller than my thumb. i started laughing because it states on the box you warm them up but unfortunately if you put one or even 2 of those little things in the microwave they will turn to ash. Hostess ought to be ashamed of themselves those little cakes are smaller than the mini cupcakes Walmart bakery sales, they're smaller rhan donut holes, they're literally the size of a piece of hard candy that grandma takes out of her purse to give you in church when you were a kid so you would hush. these snack cakes are an insult and a WASTE OF MONEY. Hostess should jave kept thise to themselves if they were going to be stingy in using ingredients!!! Hey Hostess, what's the big box for because surely 8 of those little cakes don't even take up half of to the box.. shameful!
