These were my mom's favorite snack cakes, I saw them on the app and I ordered it. It reminds me of my mom eating them like it was the best thing on earth. it was definitely a flash from my past. They're so soft and chewy and the coconut and chocolate is the bomb.com!

I love these snowballs, even though I'm allergic to coconut, one don't hurt anything.... Also since I seem to be confessing sins here, I'll just go ahead and tell ya.... I keep these snowballs by the back door in my kitchen and when I let my dogs outside to potty I eat the ENTIRE snowball BY MYSELF which in a house with TWO sausage dogs who believe with their whole heart that ALL snacks belong to them, this is VERY NAUGHTY and VERY SNEAKY of me, and their wee little hearts would be broken if they knew it my BETRAYAL and truthfully I don't feel bad at all, in fact I eat it and smile, and when they come back in and can sniff around and KNOW I've ate something without them or they get lucky and find a crumb I've dropped I secretly laugh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sooooo delicious. These are my favorite. They're so tasty when you need to scratch that dessert itch. They're fluffy and bouncy and they're a fun little treat. They're fresh and have little coconut shards covering them but if it's not your thing in terms of texture they're not huge and obnoxious. They're more like a little sprinkle of it covering the marshmallow. The marshmallow is tasty and sweet but not overly and the chocolate cake is fluffy and not overly sweet as well and the fluff inside the chocolate is a surprise. It's a creamy filling that tastes amazing. My daughter loves to chomp on them every now and then. She even asks for seconds and thirds.

But there are fewer in the box (6) than I recall previous boxes of similar products (8). I love how the logo has a "Snoball"-shaped 'o' in the word. The flavors are mild and coating fluffy. I recommend serving Snoballs with a glass of milk or coffee.

I've enjoyed Hostess snacks in the past, so I was excited to try their Snowballs. Overall, they were pretty good. They are very sweet, so I wouldn't eat them regularly, but I did finish the whole pack. I really loved the coconut flavor; it paired perfectly with the chocolate cake and creamy filling. The marshmallow layer wasn't my favorite, but it definitely added to the unique texture and look. Visually, they're really appealing with their bright pink color and snowball shape. While Snowballs aren't the best snack I've ever had, I was still impressed. I would consider purchasing them again, and I do think they're worth trying if you enjoy chocolate, coconut, and a sweet filling.

i was under the impression that if we ordered a product and it wasn't available and they gave you a higher costing product for substitution that you still only paid the original price but I was substituted and charged up. am I incorrect that it is supposed to be that way?

Idk why I convinced myself they would be like snowcaps but I did. They are not. Thus honestly was tooo much marshmallow for me I found around it to get to the chocolate after the first few bites honestly. But it was soft maybe too overwhelming for its size considering that it was really mostly marshmallow. This one was not a hit for me

These hostess snowballs aren't even worth one star. My local store didn't have them so they ship them from out of state. Quite a way is out of state. When they arrived, the box was smashed, and the snowballs were melted and not edible. I had to throw them away.
