It doesn't get cold enough. You can't feel the cold; because of the backing. I've had something similar for at least 20 years. It is still better then this one that i just bought. i'm goingbto return it.

Does not stay cold long. Warms quickly. Doesn't seem to freeze completely, either. Very disappointing.
