I ordered this to replace some very well used bubble type packs. The take linger to get cold and they stay cold longer, they conform to my back ,shoulder, or ankle with ease the weight also aids in the therapy and helps keep it in place when it is not so clod I squeeze and massage it some and it reburns to a colder sate

I bought this mainly for heat therapy. I like the clay because it holds the heat better than gels. The packaging only gives instructions for cold therapy. I have been heating it in the microwave for 1:45, I am afraid to leave it in for longer. It works well and stays in place. Would like to heat it hotter but I'm afraid of it bursting in the microwave.

Smaller than I expected but works very well. Stats cold for a very long time.

The box only has for cold use instructions and listed cold for symbols. Another area says hot/cold massage. This is misleading. I need it only for hot purposes and im returning mine.

Didn't even get to use it. It was leaking mud from the inner seams. Looks like mud in a ziploc. Don't think it would hold up to multiple uses.
