I didn't expect it to perform so well for the price and I was pleasantly surprised. It heats up so quickly. It's great for touch ups but be careful because it's only one temperature-really hot!

Great product for the price. You can adjust the heat to how high or low you want it. It's a great time saver and if your hair is curly it get those curls straight for you! Awesome!

This things gets hot but it does the trick it was clean and ready to use it gets my hair really straight and the 360 cord makes it easy to maneuver. Highly recommend.

It is excellent quality. Will last for a long time heat is good for coarse hair even at edges. My hair is coarse and thick but straightened without having to apply a lot of strokes. I WISH IT CAME IN AN EVEN SMALLER COMB FOR SHORT EDGES.EXCELLENT STRAIGHTENING COMB FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR.

the swivel cord doesn't mesh well with the handle of the comb, more so when it's hot and you have to balance the handle on a certain way on the countertop without the cord interfering because the handle is also the "kick stand" so to speak.

Not hot enough after a minute or two . I caught my self waiting on each strip. Not much safe about a completely exposed hot rod with nowhere to place it.

They do say "you get what you pay for" It's better for me, in the sense that my old comb had burnt product build-up. But it only has an off and on setting. Read the description well, something that I didn't do. It says ceramic (teeth) we all know, that the area above the teeth, is what really straightens. I will keep it as a back-up, my hair is straight. Thinking of going natural, at this point. Probably better for my hair!

This thing barely worked when I got it. I poked it in and charged it for several hours. And after using it one time it did not do what it was supposed to my hair. Did hair did not get any straighter, and then it proceeded to break.. i am truly unsatisfied with this product.

It shows up as able to use on beard but hot to the touch and burned my skin just seconds after turning on. Can't be used on beards will be sending back.
