Hot Lips - Chelone lyonii - Bicolor blooms - 2.5" Pot

I received the turtle heads in great condition. I planted them in pots because of the hot weather. The plants have grown quickly and they are loving this cooler cloudy weather after the heat wave broke. I am tempted to plant them in the garden, but I don't want to take a chance with them. I believe I will keep them in the pots and plant in the late summer early fall. I would highly recommend Hirt's gardens via Walmart. They are an excellent source for wonderful Native plants, like turtleheads!

My Plant came well packaged. The soil was moist and my plant was green. unfortunately it looked like the package was dropped or turned upside down. The soil was all over the package and the top was broken off. I transplanted it and the top hopefully it will rebound and grow. I did contact the company that it came from through texting and they responded immediately and resolved the issues.

I was expecting a bigger plant like in the picture. Not a starter plant. So disappointed!!!

My Package ( Plant was not delivered ) I can not go and look for it at my neighbors houses as I am in a Wheelchair . It specific asked for delivery on front veranda as I can not even walk to the postal box . I really hope they did not put a live plans in a postal box 😢😢😢😢😢

The picture associated with this product is Hot Lips Salvia microphylla . The written description is Hot Lips - Chelone lyonii - Bicolor blooms which is a Turtle head Salvia and is a purple color-- not bicolor at all. Please change the image to reflect the actual plant. That being said the plants were healthy when they arrived but this not what I wanted.

i didnt receive the correct plant! i got one that Walmart doesnt even sell- i would appreciate receiving the corrects plan this week!
