I love hot sauce. I have hot sauce on every meal. This is by far my favorite hot sauce I have found. It is so good

So I got this for a fun date night doing an abbreviated version of the "wings of death". I called it "Hot Ones: Hot Date Night". The combination of flavor and heat made it the perfect "last dab" sauce to end on in as neither of us like our sauces too spicy. The mix of peppers and other ingredients really brought the heat while retaining a good flavor.

This is a wonderful hot sauce for tacos and taco related things. It gives all of the home made ground beef taco vibes and is also awesome on asada chips "nachos". It is a little culantro forward in scent but mild in flavor; for some people who are sensitive to cilantro and culantro, the initial scent may be a little off putting, but the overall flavor is still worth a try. The heat isn't over the top, but it is sneaky; it'll come in not so much on the first bite, but in the middle of the second at the back of the mouth.

I was worried about this because I originally tried it on hot wings and it was fairly hot. If you use this as a hot sauce, it is very manageable and delicious! It adds sweet and a little heat to anything. Got it for tacos, found out it is good an anything.

So this is my go to sauce when I'm making quesadillas, it's got a nice medium heat and a sweet flavor but not too sweet that I think really goes well with chicken quesadillas. I also use it as an additional topping to my tacos just to add a little bit of flavor.

This one is a little more smoky than the Verde and has a little more heat to it than that, but nothing is overwhelming at all. Tastes great on wings thanks to that hit of apricot sweetness to balance it out. You could probably end up pouring tons of this on something if you aren't careful.

This is no different than any of the the other Los Calientes sauces: delicious! Good fresh ingredients, just the right amount of heat for almost any food, and tons of flavor. Treat this hot sauce almost like a condiment; put it on anything! This particular Los Calientes blend goes good on tacos, wings, and especially anything breakfast with eggs! So good on breakfast food! Very recommended!

We tried a few of the hot ones hot sauces for own home hot ones challenge, and los Calientes was one of the ones that came. We love it it is delicious and spicy and currently our favorite. We order a three pack with the most mild, this one and the last dab. We liked it so much we ordered it again! Definitely have some heat, but it's not overwhelming as long as you generally eat spicy food
