It's a great invention!
I have had one before and wore it out! This is a wonderful addition to any household. I am pretty old and get cold in the mornings so heat this wrap and am warm in a little while. I also use it on my feet some time!

For neck and more. home or on the run
Use it for neck, shoulders, knees, back, where ever you hurt. Can even warm it up and put it on for your drive.

Good heat pack
This is a nice sized and extremely light weight heat pack. It is truly fragrance free!, and heats up well. Since it is very light it does not hold heat for very long but it is comfortable and does the job,

Not high quality
Arrived with internal contents covering outside of product. Almost like thick dust all over it. As if it's leaking. Can tell one section is noticeably less filled than the rest.

Thin material
Very thin material. Some of the fill was coming thru it when I opened the package. I heated it up in the microwave and it did warm up well. I'm not happy with the material so it is going back

Returned due to low quality
Low quality. Product came is unmarked box and the material inside was dusty that came through fabric. I purchased for gifts and had to return. The worst product ever purchased.

1st. Product that I ordered on the Walmart app that was disappointing. There does not seem to be enough filler in the product
