Hot Spring Relay Replacement Spa Covers and Hot Tub Covers

It felt like a risk ordering this unseen from a third party but I'm so happy with the quality and ease of delivery! It was fast and had no damage. I wish I would've measured the distance of the straps on the hot tub bc the new ones don't line up with where the previous ones snapped in but that's my oversight. Great product! And cheaper than the hot tub company with much faster delivery!!

I'm not unhappy with this product. It's a good enough replacement cover for the original HotSpring spa cover and the shorter delivery lead time for this in-stock offering made up for any lack of significant savings. The overall dimensions are correct, it's lightweight and it's compatible with our cover lifter. However, for the money spent, I wasn't impressed with the overall quality. The stitching, in particular, isn't consistent - for example, the skirt length is not uniform all the way around and the fiberglass of the spa shows below the skirt at all 4 rounded corners. That doesn't affect anything functionally, but aesthetically it's a bit displeasing, even annoying, especially when paying $600 for a new cover for your significant hot tub investment.
