Hot Tools Professional Titanium Radiant Blue Salon Turbo Ionic Dryer

I was super excited when i found what appeared* to be an exact replacement of my amazing beloved former dryer (pic%233). So, i instantly purchased (pic%231, Model%23 HT7012D) for >$80 from ‘BEAUTY POSH'. It was delivered mid-June. It had been a long, hot, wet %26 humid, busy summer— so i hadn't bothered using her yet. The other morning was freezing %26 i had a funeral/burial to go to— so i finally opened the box. I was surprised by the color— but was hoping they just maybe changed the color/appearance, %26 got rid of the blue? I turned it on the highest setting, which didn't even compare to my ‘Radiant Blue' ‘s lowest setting. I put her back in the bag, into the box (pic%232, model%231043), went with a wet head, %26 messaged the seller after i got back from the services. There response to sending me a COMPLETELY different %26 insufficient dryer, that i only used for less than a minute (pic%234).. But they didn't even send me said listed item. I wouldn't of even spent $10 on the dryer they sent me. It's just a waste of space sitting in its box. I can't imagine how this could even be a mistake on their part; since its a completely different color, model %26 price— %26 it looks like its a frequent problem w/ this seller, going-on for almost 2 years now. My mistake was not fully opening the shipping box it was packed-in, %26 fully inspecting it. Disappointed in Walmart for allowing these sellers.
