Hot Tools Tourmaline Ionic 1875 Watt Professional Dryer Model No. 1043

Second one of these i have purchased. They work well and get good and hot like professional dryers do. Was glad to find same one and so far works well.

This is the second one we have owned. The first one lasted much longer than any other dryer we have had. The handle finally broke from being dropped too many times.

Love it. This is my second one , other one is still working too. Get heat settings . Comfortable handle , just love it... Just wanted another one.

Works well, superior drying power. But previous one only lasted a year, then just stopped working. Don't know why, it wasn't used that much. This same model is used extensively every day in salons, and seem to be durable.

I ordered a nicer more expensive hair dryer and was sent one of much less quality and half the price. When I called the company they told me to ship it back and go on amazon to find what I had ordered from them!!! I will never prefer from them again. Walmart should not be endorsing this company or promoting their business.

There is a comb pictured with this item. The comb never came. I tried to return/exchange this item in store with no luck.

My order arrived when promised but it was not in good as there was a sticky substance all over it and after using one time the barrel cracked and is not usable. Because this product was provided by a distributor I contacted them directly as I was not able to initiate an email within the walmart site to them. It has now been five days with no response. If Walmart can hel get my money back it would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue everyone else has sticky stuff all over it! I drives me crazy. I want my money back!
