[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very fun box to open. You get 40 random hot wheels cars, so each one is a surprise. We had so much fun opening them up and seeing what styles would be inside. This is a great way to start a collection or add to your current collection of vehicles.

We also have a five-year-old daughter that was equally as happy because he was able to share so many cars that he might not have originally picked in the store, but because there were so many he was OK to give them up. These diecast cars are such a staple in our home and it's something that my kids will load up in their backpack for a quick trip out of the house and they are small enough that they can fit in their pocket. My favorite part about these cars is the fact that they are basically indestructible. We have lots of tracks at home and this mega pack has been amazing for our at home races.

We received a wide variety of vehicles from motorcycles, funny cars, everyday cars and more. This is a great way to build a collection quickly and add items you may not consider buying individually. The quality of the cars seems to be great as Hot Wheels have consistently been. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hot wheels 40 car pack is an amazing variety of cars that are of exceptional quality and detail! There were concept cars like the street Shrieker, and the terratrackul… which blended elements of the dinosaur with a race car….my toddler som's dream and is the greatest combination! They also stayed true to real life racers like the Audi 90 Quattro, and the 96 Dodge Viper GTS! The blitz speeder and the very fun unique cars like the “decidedly go,” which is a magic ball car which was so fun to use basically giving predictions by shaking it and looking through the viewing window at the bottom of the car. The designs are definitely unique and well executed and exceptionally fun for boys and they work seamlessly with the various hot wheels race tracks, for instance, the hot wheels ultimate car wash has been extra fun to use due to having so many cars to race through the tracks and car wash! Again another fantastic product from Mattel, boasting impeccable quality and design.

Good cars came in the pack by it wasn't 40 cars it was 38. So other then that it's a good product cars were all different types and colors and my 5 year old loved them.

My biggest disappointment was the fact that these 40 packs don't have treasure hunts or super treasure hunts so it's not ideal for someone who is a collector unless they have cars in there that you really desire but everything is a mystery inside the 40 pack so you really don't know what you're getting until after you buy the product. but like I said really cool if you like to play with hot wheels cars and you don't really care what you get cause it's all random but I really wish they would have treasure hunts and super treasure hunts in there because those are I believe the coolest cars you can get because of how unique they are.

But it is disappointing due to most of them are just fantasy cars, the percentage is too high. They should have more licensed cars, or even some exclusives in the set. That will make this set more attractive.

Did not have 40 vehicles!! Missing 22 more!!
