Pretty easy to put together, great price, toy also does not take batteries… you propel the car by hitting a launch button - which all sounds great in theory. However, the constant bang of my child wacking the button and cries because he cannot hit it hard enough to make the car go all the way around is not worth it to me.
I don't know what I was thinking when I thought it was gonna come in a small box, it's a pretty big box! I bought it as a gift for a little 6 year old boy and he loved it! They set it up for Christmas and he loves it! My brother and I loved hot wheels when we were little, and building these tracks types were my favorite! I'm glad I can share that love! Who doesn't like fast cars!? It also arrived safely, and fast, and no damages to the box!
Cool toy. My only knock is my grandson gets bored w it because the gap you have to jump is almost impossible to get past. The inner loop works great. I grew up on hot wheels. Raised 4 kids on hot wheels and now a grandson. Great toys.
Really fun toy just wish the quality was like other hot wheels tracks we have. This one feels like cheaper material so I'm not sure how long it will last but for $20 bucks which is what spent I my 3 year old is having a blast!!
Idk if we just have no ideal how to work it or what but at cannot get the card to ride correctly. They go around the loops maybe once every 15 tries. Too much pressure and it flies off, too little and it either doesn't go up the ramp or falls off the loop. It's very frustrating. Not a great gift in all honestly.
Hot wheels aren't what they used to be. Especially these new ones where you hit the lever to make the car go. Even with the battery operated car shoots most cars won't work with the track. But these ones? A parent has to hit the car with the skill of a professional pool player and it only ever works with one specific car. These suck.
It was very hard to put together ( lots of pieces), and the track didn't work with most of the hot wheel cars. More importantly, you have to smack the trigger really hard to get the car to go up the track. Not great for toddlers.
It doesn't work at all. Sure it looks cool standing there, but the car doesn't even make it 1/4th the way up. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Waste of money! AND it doesn't even fit with other hot wheel tracks! which is why I got it.
3 adults and one toddler can't make the car go all the way around the track. It is designed poorly and can't complete the first junp to reach the loop. Very disappointed.
This item does not function at all. Not for a 6 year old or a 51 year old. After taking 20 minutes it does not even come close to working as described. It feels like the disassembly was intentionally difficult to deter a return when it does not work. I will take the 30 minutes it will take to get this apart to make the return purely on principle. Thank you for the complete negative impact you have brought to our Christmas morning. I am not a person who normally complains, but a failure of this magnitude needs to be documented.
