Yes, I hope someone contacts me and resolves this situation, because I want my merchandise. I have already bought this collectible item more than 10 times, and it was either canceled or they asked for an exchange before, which was strange, but I didn’t mind. This time, however, everything was checked, verified, authorized, and I was told to pick it up. I went after 4 days, which is within the normal pickup timeframe. But the manager who restocks said they didn’t even have it and that this car doesn’t go to the store. Very strange, because there are many people reselling it in Stuart and surrounding areas, yet nobody seems to be able to buy it at Walmart. What is going on? I understood the manager, but he tried to deceive me by saying the barcode is the same for all, and that if I buy this car, it doesn’t mean I will receive it. That’s impossible. I made him scan other cars, and he was embarrassed because each car has its own code — that’s the case worldwide — but he pretended not to understand! I won’t rest until I get my merchandise. Walmart must respect its customers, especially collectors who leave their homes or even travel to pick up an item. Look at this type of car — it never leaves the warehouse, which is very strange. Order number: 200014156740320 Curbside pickup was confirmed and I checked in as instructed, waiting in my car to receive the order. I purchased a specific item — a green Fast %26 Furious Hot Wheels car. The Walmart system notified me the order was prepared and ready for pickup. Based on how Walmart pickup works, the item should have already been located, verified, and separated before I was asked to go to the store. I drove approximately two and a half hours round trip to pick it up. After arriving, employees stated they were bringing my item. Shortly after, they brought three completely different items and asked me to choose one. I explained that this was not what I purchased and that the order had already been confirmed as ready.

Super excited to catch it in stock with only a few left. Received a random car.. wish I could order from Mattel directly. It’s going to be impossible to get this eclipse

Thought I might’ve gotten lucky seeing this was available for shipping but I got something different instead.

Again I never received the green Mitsubishi eclipse I ended up leaving with other items then the ones I payed for online

The product photos clearly display a specific vehicle, which is what convinced me to order. However, when I picked up my order, I was surprised (and disappointed) to receive a completely different car — specifically a Toyota FJ — which was not what was advertised. From what I can tell, sets like the Hot Wheels Premium Fast %26 Furious 25th Anniversary Die-Cast Set can include different vehicle assortments, but that wasn’t made clear on the product page. They should update the listing to better reflect what customers will actually receive.

listing is very deceiving shows the eclipse in the picture and that's what I thought I was getting I put down no substitutions and got toyed around with my pickup and my delivery said it was going to be ready for pickup then it said that it couldn't be picked up that I could have it delivered then it said that it could be delivered and then it said it was delayed that it wasn't going to be here till tomorrow and then it arrived at my door overall just not a good purchase. if they're not going to give you what is pictured then they should show you everything that might be sold to you. if the eclipse wasn't available then they should have just refunded me.

Ordered four Mitsubishi eclipse and got none, sent four random cars from the set that aren’t worth what was paid. I would rather have my order canceled than deliver cars that were not ordered. Now will have to go through the return process

Driver was great , order was wrong as usual , still hoping that you guys are either sending the right product or taking of the website , makes no sense to advertise a product that you guys dont have They dont send you the Eclipse
