This was for my 4 year old nephews birthday and he enjoys playing with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My nephew loved it!
This is a great toy for all age groups boys and girls, very easy to put together and my children really love this toy and play with it all the time very good product and highly recommended for anyone with children [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This track was easy to set up with great picture directions. All the pieces were there. The cart and rider were smaller than expected. Once the track was set up, it took awhile to figure out how to do the launcher just right so the cart would make it completely around the loop-de-loop. It can also be shot in a different direction - through the box. Other Hotwheels cars can go on the track and other tracks can hook up to make a longer track. My son has built and rebuilt this track over and over! He and his siblings can't stop playing with it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
As a parent I would say this is "okay" but my little one (4 years old) loves it. Although the instructions are a bit confusing it only took me about 10 minutes max to assemble (with the help of my little one of course). He loved that you could move the launcher to either the track or towards the mouth. it was a bit hard to launch at first as the cart would not go through the full track (it would fall off at the loop), but once he got the hang of the launcher he had a lot of fun with it. My only concern is that it does contain small parts (the cart, the little figurine, and a rubber band) so care needs to be taken around smaller children and pets. The toy definitely needs an adult to help put together the first time but once they saw how it was done they could likely put it together on their own. The zombie pig man needs to be put inside the cart in a very precise manner in order to make it through the purple nether portal. That was a source of much frustration at first until they figured out that he needed to be laying down inside the cart in order to clear the portal. The ghast worked as it should have and they all got a kick out of shooting the cart at him. The track was much more durable that I remember hot wheels being in the past and it didn't fall apart while they were playing. The track switcher worked well but the pull back to shoot the cart was difficult for my 4 year old. None of the older kiddos (6 and 8) had trouble with it once they were shown how to do it. Overall we like it and my kids have asked for more pieces! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My four year old was beyond excited to receive this toy. He wanted me to put it together for him right away. It didn't take long to put together, under 8 minutes and I barely needed the directions. Once together my son played with this the entire evening. He doesn't know what Minecraft is but he still loved the toy. The track also worked with his other Hot Wheels cars. The only negative I see is that at four years of age (almost 4 1/2) he is not able to pull the trigger back in order to make the car speed up the track. I do need to help him, because of that I took one star off because he really needed parental help to play with it properly. However, it didn't bother him that he wasn't able to pull back the trigger without my help. He even moved the track from room to room and it stayed together. Overall a fun and exciting toy! My 4 year old was really excited to open and play with this toy. The feature we liked best was the minecart and pig character. The feature that we liked least was the pull back mechanism for shooting the cart. It was difficult for my son to use and failed to trigger the ghast attack on several occasions. It will attach to other Hot Wheels playsets but only certain types. The toy is fun in concept and perhaps older children would enjoy this more than my 4 year old (although I had some difficulty getting it to work as designed as well) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
