I'm a die hard 100% cotton sheets girl so I was so surprised by these sheets. I've tried microfiber sheets in the past and they are hot and have a fuzzy feel to them. These sheets are silky feeling, and smooth and did not make me hot. I had to look up what Lycocell fabric is and turns out it is an eco friendly, breathable type of rayon. They also have a nifty tag sewn in that tells you top and bottom and they fit my 15" mattress with room to spare. Seriously love these sheets!
I am impressed with the Hotel Style 500 Thread Count Sheet Set! I have the king size and the sheet set is in the color Arctic White. It is made of 35% Cotton, 40% Polyester with 25% Lyocell, making it extremely comfortable. I washed the sheets before in warm water on a gentle cycle and they came out wrinkle-free and soft. The fitted sheet can fit mattresses up to 18" deep and has an elastic that fits snugly in place. The sheet set comes with 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, and 2 pillowcases. I noticed my sleep has improved and I wake up more rested. This is a great sheet set that has minimal care involved and provides high quality for a good night's rest!
Yes I would recommend these sheets to a friend, They are very nice and my wife and I both enjoy them. We like the way the fitted sheet stays in place like it should the one we had on the bed before kelp slipping off on my wife's side and it really bugged her but with these you have plenty to tuck in.
Received a luxury sheet set (ARTIC White) made with Lyocell which I've never heard of. Lyocell materials supposedly keeps heat and moisture away from the body so I definitely had to put them to the test cause I'm a night sweater even with air conditioning. It was one of the best nights sleep I had in quite some time. It's a semi synthetic material that always stays cool & breathable under any condition. It feels softer and smoother plus Big bonus it's Hypoallergenic.Basically top of the line in bed sheets in my opinion.
I never realized what a great nights sleep, a wonderful set of sheets can provide, until I stayed at a Five Star hotel for several nights. I was amazed at how comfortable the sheets on my hotel bed were. They were soft, cool, stayed in place and had a slightly luminous appearance. I slept like a baby for eight hours every night. I searched for twenty years to find similar quality and comfort in a luxury sheet. Finally I tried the Hotel Style 500 Thread Count sheets. The Hotel Style 500 Thread Count sheets are identical to the luxury sheets in my long ago Five Star hotel experience. They are cool, comfortable and provide me with a deep, refreshing sleep every night. They stay in place, have built in stretch and the same luminous appearance and silky feel as I experienced at the Five Star hotel. These sheets easily fit my 18 inch thick mattress. The wash beautifully and come out of the dryer almost wrinkle free. Two sheets; a fitted and a flat sheet are included along with two very comfortable pillow cases. The fitted sheet has a "Top/Bottom Queen Size" tag on each end for easy alignment on my mattress. I was so impressed with the quality and comfort of the Hotel Style 500 Thread Count sheets that I just purchased a second set for my bed and another set for the guest room bed.
These sheets are very soft and the fitted sheet has a deep enough pocket to fit my 14" mattress. The color is a very light but not too bright blue which could almost match gray color schemes. These are very soft to the touch and almost have a silky texture. The negative is that these are a synthetic material so they don't breathe or feel as nice as cotton sheets. If you like polyester or synthetic sheets you'll like them but if you prefer real cotton you're not going to like these.
Watching and learning from design shows, white sheets are always the way to go because you can bleach them and they will always stay white. These sheets are made of 40% polyester, 35% cotton and 25% Lyocell (a strong synthetic fiber made from reconstituted cellulose (an insoluble substance which is the main constituent of plant cell walls and of vegetable fibers such as cotton), used in carpets and in apparel when blended with other fibers) Hummm.... They are made in India. The care instructions say machine wash, only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
These sheets really didn't live up to my expectations. I took them straight out of the dryer and made the bed, but as the pictures show they were still wrinkled. The sheets are pretty thin, which I hate. They are not soft or comfortable, in my opinion. The one thing they have going for them is the fact that they are generously sized. I have a deep mattress with a memory foam topper and they were more than generous. The negatives outweigh the positives for me.
The first thing I noticed about the packaging is that it does not state the thread count. These are suppose to be a 500 thread count. I always buy 300 hundred thread count sheets or higher because they are softer and last longer. I also buy sheets that are 100% cotton or have less synthetic fabrics in them than these do. I prefer sheets with no to little synthetic fabric content because they feel better but mostly because synthetic fabrics cause me to have skin problems and my husband too. A wrinkle free fabric is not a priority to me, they are sheets and not something I would iron like a piece of clothing and they would not be seen by anyone but me and my husband. I do like the fact that they will fit a deep mattress but the stretch panels, again, would have too much synthetic fabric in it.
The pilling is horrible after only a few washes. They seemed great when I first washed them and put them on, but after the 2nd wash, it was straight down hill. Too late to return them!
