I work in an cold environment all year round so theses are nice to be able to grab on my way out the door as I go to work. They keep my hands warm the whole shift

Helps my painful lower back
I use these for pain in my lower back brought on by cold air. Just safety pin one to my sweats and it helps ease the pain. If you have snack size baggies you can toss it in one, remove the air and seal it. Later when you open it back up it starts warming again.
