We have had this dishwasher for about a week now and are still learning how to use it. I do have to tell you, my last dishwasher was a Miele, so, it's a bit of a process adjusting to the differences & not making comparisons. That said, for a basic model dishwasher, it does it's job! It's pretty quiet, and as long as we rinse off stuck-on stuff, & don't over load, it cleans beautifully! I am just so happy to have a dishwasher again! The one drawback of having one of those fancy-dancy dishwashers is this, when they break down, only THEIR SPECIALIST can fix it, & then if you have an older machine, they quit making parts! I went 3 years without a dishwasher, so, I am as happy as a clam to have my new GE Hotpoint dishwasher!!!!

So far the dishwasher has performed well. Perhaps I can rate its performance better after more usage. I preferred more control features but models with them were more costly.

Good basic no frills dishwasher for my 48yr old mobile home.

It cleans pretty good I just wish I had the option to start and stop the heated dryer

This was a home warranty replacement and my original DW was much better quality.

this works better than the dead 30 year old maytag it replaces. I dont think it has any cycles you hit go and it goes for hours. I have found if I let it run for an hour then shut it down its OK. The manual absolutely SUX! I would never recommend this to anyone! Spend twice as much and get a quality appliance.
