House of Marley EM-JT000-SB Stir It Up Turntable (Turntable)

I had been wanting it for a few years it seems. It was back ordered so I just waited.I was looking through my storage room the other day and saw all my record albums stacked in a few large containers. it prompted me to see if it was now available and it was !! I was born in '57 so I feel chosen to have a broad love of music that i heard and went to concerts in the 60s and 70s here in the bay area of Northern California. thank you I love it !!!! I've had my "Stir it Up" Wirless for 3 weeks now and I Love It!! I watched a couple videos on how to set it up and it couldn't have been any easier. The sound is Great! I love the way the Bamboo looks. It is just a Great turntable. The customer service has been Amazing. The couple questions I had upon opening and hooking it up were answered Very Quickly. I Love It!! Thank You to Everyone at The House of Marley for your assistance and for making Such a Rad Turntable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my Father's birthday this weekend. He's a musician and he hooked it up right away and blasted Bob Marley all day long. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Purchase it for my 18 year old Son .Setting up was very easy however I would suggest a small screen on the unit so that you could see a BLUE TOOTH CODE from a Tuner/Receiver to acknowledge so that the turntable will work wireless through my DENNON receiver. Other then that I love it.

I bought this turntable to match the style in which my house is setup. Natural wood, sustainable materials, etc. This turntable not only is gorgeous, but it works and feels fantastic too. The bluetooth setup process could be a little bit better (maybe naming the machine something more recognizable so that when I try to connect to speakers, its not just a bunch of random letters and numbers would be helpful) but a quick call to customer service solved that.

Bought this a month ago to replace my midlevel audio technica, and absolutely love it! It sounds fabulous, has some great features, nearly no set up, easy to use I bought it along with one of H of M's portable speakers and it is such a rich and clean sound. Highly recommend this turntable and thier speaker.

I received this turntable for my birthday after specifically asking for this brand. I sold your products for a wireless phone carrier and always promoted this company because I was impressed with their sound quality. However, after receiving this turntable you've lost my support and my business. I will be returning it for a full refund. First off, there were ZERO instructions on how to set it up. Being a first time turntable user, I had no idea how to properly set it up. Second, after watching hours of YouTube videos I finally got it set it up properly but it still doesn't work correctly. I constantly have to readjust the belt around the spindle. For example I just listened to an album. I had to adjust the belt around the spindle before playing because it wasn't spinning around at the proper speed. I readjusted the belt and it worked fine. I removed that album and immediately put on another album. Same issue. Wasn't spinning at an equal speed. Had to remove the album and take the belt off and apply it around spindle again. This keeps happening. On a regular basis. I am fed up and beyond annoyed. This doesn't help considering I was so annoyed with the lack of set up instructions. You've lost my business. I will be returning this and the Bluetooth speaker for a full refund!

Bought two, one for my sister one for myself. Both don't work. Plates aren't level, records skip and sound bad. Spent hours trying to configure the counterweight but that wasn't the issue. Bought a different brand player and was up And running in minutes. Would avoid.

I bought this turntable and it's a great looking turntable unfortunately it doesn't work properly , about 30% of my records skip , I have another 40year old turntable and not one skips on it , I've called customer support ,very hard to get a hold of I've left a call back number twice and no return call 4 days later , emailed them and got a message 1/2 day later ,sent info and didn't hear from them so called and stayed on hold for maybe 45 minutes and finally talked to someone that was very good and he recommended I sent the unit back , I've done all the things they recommended and what I've found online but it still skips , I returned the turntable and I'm awaiting a replacement unit , I paid for shipping back , I'm expecting a refund on shipping as the turntable arrived defective , not sure how that will work , so I can't give a proper rating or review until all is resolved .
