House of the dragon season 1 is more than a worthy sequel to Game of Thrones! This story takes place 172 years before the events of GoT. The new cast of characters are relatable, interesting and well developed. The story is well written with memorable dialogue and witty banter. The VFX is also well executed especially the way each dragon is rendered and animated to the extent that the personalities of each dragon comes through. The plot is also interesting and well paced but also unpredictable with many unexpected shocking moments befitting a GoT prequel! Overall this was a highly enjoyable experience and a fantastic continuation of the Game of Thrones saga. Highly recommended!

First season was incredible!! Drama and Dragons, Great show!!

My Husband and I are HUGE fans of Game Of Thrones. So, of course, we were EXCITED to see this series. Although, it's NOT exactly what we expected, it's still a GOOD series. It seems to focus more on ONE particular family from Game Of Thrones. [The Targaryens] The item was packaged okay...But, DID arrive with some damage. The corners were smushed in and the case was cracked in the crease when opening the fold. However, the "discs" were NOT damaged at all. The artwork is pretty cool. We do feel it should be shown on the 4K discs instead of the HD discs. The intro and music are enjoyable as well. We will purchase season TWO in order to add it to our collection. If you are a fan of Game Of Thrones, you WILL want to add this to your collection. But, DO NOT expect it to be the SAME as Game Of Thrones because it is NOT.

Excellent series, sound and video appear perfect so far. Five stars for the quality of the series. 3.5 stars for MY order of House of Dragon season 1. My discs and case are clearly used and should be discounted appropriately instead of costing full price. I expect Ebay to overcharge on supposed collectible items. I do not expect this when shopping at the Walmart site.

good show, 4k discs don't freeze, for a change!

I received my order today. The plastic box the discs were in is broken on the top left and the bottom left Th discs are in good shape, so I will keep them. I will be leery about ordering movies from Walmart again. I am very disappointed !!!!!!
