These sturdy planks were exactly what I was looking for. They are beveled on one side, but flat on the back. I'm using them as a base for a steel-wire shelf that I wanted to block odors, so I was looking for something pretty solid. They might be a bit thick for a drawer (the liner below might be better in a dresser, etc).

I was warned by other reviews not to expect much of a fragrance from these liners and there really isn't much. One has to put your nose right up to the liner to smell the cedar, which is a bit disappointing as the fragrance is part of the fun in purchasing such an item. However, I figure that they will do the job at least by the moth's that may be in the area. I hope that they will. My only real disappointment is that they don't work well in their designed tongue and groove system. I would like to fit them together but trying to slide the tongue into the groove of the other doesn't work. They just don't slide but rather get stuck. It would be nice to have them stay together as I have placed them up the sides of my shelf and they tend to fall over as I move clothes around.

Planks had very little cedar fragrance. I'm not even sure that the wood is actually cedar wood. In order to be effective, I'll have to sand and try to get the planks to absorb some cedar oil. I was planning to use these to line the drawers of a dresser. In my opinion not worth the money.

The smell is very faint. I don't expect they will work.

Purchased these but no cedar odor, no odor at all. Waste of money
