Household Essentials 85" Outdoor Telescoping Steel Pole Clothesline Prop

My wife likes to hang clothes outside in the dry sunshine while saving money on the electric bill. She is very happy with the way it "hooks" on the clothesline and doesn't move unless she moves it and then it is easy to slide down the line if needed. But it won't come off. It's similar to an "S" hook on the end so the line cannot come off on it's own. The length can be adjusted, it is strong and doesn't bend . Best buy out there and the quality is there as well.

While I would like these to be just a tad longer ( my clotheslines sit kind of high), I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. They have some weight to them, the top end actually grabs the clothesline, and the bottom end has a small spike to secure to the ground.

I like that the poles are sturdily built and they are notched to prevent them from falling to the ground

I like that these are adjustable. You do have to make sure it's good and tight though or it goes back down to the short length.

Finally, a clothesline pole that works!

These poles are (almost) perfect. They hold the clothesline very well. I only wish that the bottom peg went further into the ground. The poles will fall if it is too windy. BUT there is a small hole in the bottom that you can easily put something through to hold them down!

If you are hanging jeans or blankets these are no good Can not handle weight They close

Well, when I opened up the box, the tips for both ends were missing. Then I found out that I can't just take it to Walmart to return it since it was thru a third party. The other two clothesline poles (from another supplier) were great and are holding up our clothesline now.....
