Household Essentials Eko NEO Stainless Trash Can with Hands-Free Open and Close, 50L

Worth every penny. This is the perfect trash can. Perfect size, shape and quality. I have been looking for a stainless can for a while but couldn't find the exact size and shape until I came across this one. Also I did not want the sensor type, just wanted a simple foot pedal. Everything about this trash can is quality. Very happy about the purchase.

Looks like it is big, but it doesn't hold a lot. My other trash can was smaller an round and held a lot. Very hard to put trash bag on!!!! Very over priced!!!

I was wanting a step on trash can and this suits the purpose great. Step is sensitive to pressure so stepping lightly will open lid just a little, while stepping hard will slam it against anything behind it. One important note, I have not found the perfect liner for it yet. 13 gallon Kitchen bags are too small, 20 gallon are a bit big but better than too small. I even ordered 16 gallon and they did not go over the plastic insert to make a good fit. Be aware that you will need bigger bags.

The trash can hydraulics work fine. It looks great. The shipping box it came in was double boxed and look fine with no dents etc. But the inner plastic can, the one which the trash bag goes into, had a 4 inch crack on the front right side. We opened this on xmas day and will be contacting the company first to resolve the issue. If that doesn't seem to address the problem, we'll just take it back to Wal-Mart.

Overall this trash can is nice because it is large, easy to clean and nice looking. The only complaint and issue we have run into is that we cannot find trash bags to fit the unique rectangular size. We are currently using our 13 gallon bags that we stretch and manipulate to fit the can but it is a hassle.

This is by far the best stainless steel trash can that I have ever owned. It might not be self opening, but that's the beauty of it. No need for batteries and no worries of the motor wearing out. Made with real steel and very sturdy. Comes with an air freshener compartment as well as a soft closing lid. It has been about a couple weeks now that I have owned it and so far I have no complaints about it. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Overall an excellent product that I would definitely recommend to others. As a matter of fact, I might buy another one for myself.

This trash can is made very well. Soft close, large foot pedal. Would have given it 5 stars but the can is 50 liters which makes the 13 gallon bags extremely tight and hard to put on.

it would have been nice to have the feature to keep the lid open for an extended time without having to constantly press on the opener
