it goes 10 mph. easy assembly and for ekectric scooter beginners. great part is its smaller size for travel and you can still kick scooter without power.

This is a well designed and sturdy electric scooter for your big kid [below 12 I would say if they are not too tall]. The battery life could be better for an electric scooter that has 5 mi range. My kid has to turn off the really nice LED lights to get more range otherwise it would be well below 3 mi!

I bought this scooter 03/20/24 tried calling 800 number 03/25/24 no response I've sent emailed no response I've since ordered a comet charger 03/27/24 no shipment confirmation I ordered another comet charger 04/06/24 still no shipment confirmation !! At this point I probably need to return this product

didn't last 4 months used handfull times battery went bad no info on how to replace stay clear of this I wouldnt recommend to anyone stay with a ne brand with a better warranty this is 90 days for a reason junk

I would definitely give this no stars if I could have. I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. I ordered it July 15th received it on the 22nd and her birthday was August 13th. She was so excited. Charged it and she couldn't even ride it, it didn't work. So I took it back to Walmart and they would not take it back because it had been 30 days since I purchased it. What a rip off!! I also had purchased one for my grandson for his birthday and it stopped working after two days. This is a horrible product.

the charger is European. 2we had to order an us one and she had to wait a week for it to come 😩 do better if selling in the US

We bought 2 and both didn't even turn on.

I ordered one first for Christmas and had to return it since it wasn't functioning right. Then I ordered another one and that one never turned on.

On the first day riding this it started continuously beeping and my daughter said it was “too heavy” and wouldn't budge. The scooter had an error E6. Brought it inside thinking maybe it needed charging and I was going to look up the error. All of a sudden I smelled something horrible and went to look. The scooter was smoking from the rear tire. Took it outside. The next day it had an error of E4. Contacted warranty and they said they don't have replacements to get a refund.
