I ordered this scooter for my granddaughter. She misplaced the charger and I have tried to order one several times. I cannot find one that fits and I'm tired of having to return them. Please someone tell me where I can find a charger. She only got to ride it after first charge and she really liked it. Thank you.

I bought this scooter 03/20/24 tried calling 800 number 03/25/24 no response I've sent emailed no response I've since ordered a comet charger 03/27/24 no shipment confirmation I ordered another comet charger 04/06/24 still no shipment confirmation !! At this point I probably need to return this product

didn't last 4 months used handfull times battery went bad no info on how to replace stay clear of this I wouldnt recommend to anyone stay with a ne brand with a better warranty this is 90 days for a reason junk

I would definitely give this no stars if I could have. I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. I ordered it July 15th received it on the 22nd and her birthday was August 13th. She was so excited. Charged it and she couldn't even ride it, it didn't work. So I took it back to Walmart and they would not take it back because it had been 30 days since I purchased it. What a rip off!! I also had purchased one for my grandson for his birthday and it stopped working after two days. This is a horrible product.

the charger is European. 2we had to order an us one and she had to wait a week for it to come 😩 do better if selling in the US

We bought 2 and both didn't even turn on.

I ordered one first for Christmas and had to return it since it wasn't functioning right. Then I ordered another one and that one never turned on.

DO NOT buy this scooter. I bought two for my two children. The pink was broken upon arrival. The blue one broke within 3 weeks. The wheel completely broke off - which is dangerous! The replacement for the pink hover also malfunctioned. So ALL 3 broke in less than 4 weeks. I contacted Hover, who are slow to respond and not helpful at all!!!! Waste of time and money!
