Hover-1 Eagle Electric Folding Scooter for Adults,15 mph Max Speed, LED Headlight, UL 2272 Certified

I really don't know how this doesn't have 5 stars across the board. Bought this for my 12 year old and my God it's amazing! My son is so happy and I didn't know that it lights up underneath. It goes very fast and even I at 30 years old had a blast on it. Worth every penny and I will be buying one more for my nephew. Not for kids under 10 I would say.

Bought this item for my daughter as a Christmas gift. We were so pleased at first and it brought so much joy to her for the first few times she was able to use it. Since we live in Ohio, there were not a lot of days between Christmas and early March and therefore, very few hours of runtime for this scooter. Despite being practically brand new, barely broken in, the scooter completely locked up one day while riding. This was around March 23rd. The motor is ceased up and the scooter cannot be used at all, even as a manual push scooter. I reached out to the company on March 29th to request help/service. I was asked to supply them with sales receipt and other information about a week later. Once I supplied the required information, they got back with me about a week later telling me that the scooter was out of warranty and that they would not stand behind it. I have asked them to stand behind their product and informed them that if they didn't, I would escalate to the better business bureau.

This is my second time buying a hover 1 scooter and it has been very bad everytime. First was the electronic brake was stuck on now its a defective motherboard that needs to be replace that FACTORY WARANTY DOES NOT COVER AND COST $40 FOR IT. I do not recommend this brand to anyone at all they dont stand behind their products. (I also just got this scooter too and ill be returning it in less then three days of use)

This is the 2nd scooter we have gotten from Walmart and it doesn't work

Did not work at all. Hover 1 customer service did not even offer a solution. They just said return it.

The scooter wouldnt even turn on. charged till green and still no power. returned to local walmart and still have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. I have a very disappointed 10 year old that has been waiting since christmas for his scooter

Wouldn't even turn on and was fully charged had to return to the store

not working no power on and I think battery die.. long stock item... maybe..

The first one died within minutes: moving along, full battery, flat paved surface, when suddenly it let out a grinding sound. The motor stopped working entirely. The next one lasted through a full day, but the next morning, sudden grinding and a dead motor again. So now I get to wait however long it takes for my card to register my return, all while needing the money.

Worked great the 1st 6 weeks. Then, the charger stopped working. Contacted Hover via email, the only possible option. Received a response that the charger is not covered under the warranty of the scooter, even though the charger says Hover Eagle 1. I was also instructed to just purchase a new charger for $40. Horrible customer service! Stay away!
