Hover-1 Eagle Electric Folding Scooter for Adults,15 mph Max Speed, LED Headlight, UL 2272 Certified

I really don't know how this doesn't have 5 stars across the board. Bought this for my 12 year old and my God it's amazing! My son is so happy and I didn't know that it lights up underneath. It goes very fast and even I at 30 years old had a blast on it. Worth every penny and I will be buying one more for my nephew. Not for kids under 10 I would say.

Bought this item for my daughter as a Christmas gift. We were so pleased at first and it brought so much joy to her for the first few times she was able to use it. Since we live in Ohio, there were not a lot of days between Christmas and early March and therefore, very few hours of runtime for this scooter. Despite being practically brand new, barely broken in, the scooter completely locked up one day while riding. This was around March 23rd. The motor is ceased up and the scooter cannot be used at all, even as a manual push scooter. I reached out to the company on March 29th to request help/service. I was asked to supply them with sales receipt and other information about a week later. Once I supplied the required information, they got back with me about a week later telling me that the scooter was out of warranty and that they would not stand behind it. I have asked them to stand behind their product and informed them that if they didn't, I would escalate to the better business bureau.

This is my second time buying a hover 1 scooter and it has been very bad everytime. First was the electronic brake was stuck on now its a defective motherboard that needs to be replace that FACTORY WARANTY DOES NOT COVER AND COST $40 FOR IT. I do not recommend this brand to anyone at all they dont stand behind their products. (I also just got this scooter too and ill be returning it in less then three days of use)

Did not work at all. Hover 1 customer service did not even offer a solution. They just said return it.

The scooter wouldnt even turn on. charged till green and still no power. returned to local walmart and still have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. I have a very disappointed 10 year old that has been waiting since christmas for his scooter

not working no power on and I think battery die.. long stock item... maybe..

I ordered 2 of these scooters.First of all, they arrived 25 days from my order.And when it arrived , neither one of them workd.

This didn't work at all and then they wouldn't let me return it . DONT Buy this EVER!!!!!!!!

Doesn't work

My 10 year old son saved up his own money for this. Literally quit working after 2 month use! Walmart customer service was unable to help me (I feel I should get reimbursed or at least a new one-although I am sure it will break again)and told me to contact the company. Hover seems to be unable to be reached I have called several times. Now I understand normal wear and tear but this is a 10 year old boy riding it up and down paved roads and sidewalks. I am beyond disappointed with this product but more disappointed to see how sad and upset my 10 year old is. It was great when it worked but be ware it won't last long not to mention this is his 2nd one because the first one arrived broken!
