Brand new. The packaging was very durable! The outside packaging was destroyed, but the itwm was perfect! Not a scratch or blemish. The scooter packs some power %26 speed

Out of the 5 that I ordered only 2 of them will take a charge! Had to send them back and Walmart was very helpful on the returns. I just wish they would check them before they send them out! The ones that took a charge work really well.

Scooter arrived looked nice out of the box. Big issue the scooter will not charge the indicator light staying green instead of turning red to show it's charging. So figured it's probably fully charged but holding down the power button the scooter won't turn on.

The Scooter was not working when it arrived. I contacted the seller to advise him of the issue. He offered to send another replacement but i was unsure if the one that he send would have some type of defect also so i declined and told him i rather send it back and i turned the scooter in to Walmart to be shipped back to the seller which was a third party Marketplace seller and for two weeks a had to fight between the seller and Walmart to receive a refund which was a losing battle. Finally i had to dispute it with my bank after showing proof i turned it in to Walmart to be refunded and that will take probably 10 more days.

I bought this Hoover scooter and it does not work beware.This has been used before.This one has been sent back before you can tell it's been used It will not turn on the charger.Will not work right?It will not charge.Up it won't do anything

The Hover Eagle scooter did not work at all. Out of the package we charged it, just to start by covering that issue.z it never turned on, even after multiple attempts to use other outlets, etc. Will never buy Hover again.

Second one we ordered that never turned on. This model is all defective. Buyer beware
