the box was open when it arrived with slight smug marks from use and I had to spend hours to ensure it was working fine. I was traveling the next day of delivery and could not wait to return but this was offputting.

electrical problems, it stop working i took it back to the store replaced it and that one is broken now also, 1st one was purchased 2 weeks before Christmas and upon charging it we learned it did not work. the second was replaced on Christmas eve and was broken by January 15th

It's a nice hoverboard, but when you read the inscription, it doesn't say the max weight. the max weights is 130 pounds. if you wish to purchase max weight is 130 pounds.

this is an okay starter board for a child. as long as he stays on a flat smooth surface. doesn't work well for anyone over about 100lbs. not good on sidewalks.

Stay far away! We bought this for our 10 year old's birthday. The first one was dead on arrival, but WalMart was great and had a new one to us the very same day. It has now been 32 days (just enough where I can't return it) and the thing went haywire! My son was riding it in the kitchen when all of a sudden it malfunctioned and went into an unstoppable full speed sporadic motion, sending it all over the kitchen. It threw him off, hurting him and started banging into the wall. He called for help and my wife ran in, she tried to grab it and as soon as she tried picking it up, it would make these violent jerking motions, which ended up hurting her as well. She tried tipping it upside down, and it would do the violent jerking again, which she described as the device appearing to self correct and put itself right side up again. All the while, the wheels are still going full speed ahead. She was eventual able to carefully pick it up and put it inside of a plastic storage bin, where it sat running and beeping for nearly two hours before the battery finally died. She tried holding the power button to shut it off and it wouldn't turn off. She found the hover-1 support number the get help, but when she called, it said “due to high call volume they were no longer accepting phone calls” and directed her to their website. There was nothing on the website to help in this scenario. Stay away from this hover board! And please, do what you can to like or upvote this review so it gets more visibility. It is not safe!

The unit quit working cotrrectly at over 2 months old, due to no fault of my daughter's. We had to send several videos and do troubleshooting before we were instructed to send proof of destruction before they would send a new unit. they issued tracking on March 12th, but the unit did not ship within their already ridiculous processing time of 10 to 15 business days. I've sent follow-up emails and was instructed to 'extend my patience'. Now it is April 16th and my daughter still had not received the replacement for her Christmas present.

It started out as a nice gift, but glitched once after a few months of occasional use. The turn signal stayed on and the wheel heated up. We couldn't get it turned off. Then it stopped working altogether, won't charge, won't turn on, nothing. Not worth it

This was a waste of a purchase. It never stayed charged and my stepson was not able to use it. The thing died on him when he was using it and he fell off of it. He ended up cutting up his arm. This thing barely kept its charge. Not worth the money!

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. Just a few minutes after riding it the wheel locked up and had a continuous beeping noise that would not stop. I felt the wheel that was locked and it was hot! Would not recommend

Arrived fine but immediately ran dead after 5 minutes of riding so I thought it needed to be charged and plugged it in and it shows fully charged only to be dead again within minutes of riding it again and now it won't even go forward or do anything it just a blinks red and makes Loud noise. We've only had it 4 days.
